ZERT Patches Empty ZERT Patches

Personally, one of the coolest aspects of tactical gear is being able to accessorize it with even cooler patches. One of the key aspects of identifying yourself as a zombie hunter is having a great looking patch that designates you as well. Some of the coolest I've seen are the PVC patches produced by ZERT. Their store can be found here: http://zertnation.com/product-category/patches/

I love those patches, and own one myself! I would like to do the same with our ZERO logo, as well as eventually manufacture tee shirts, stickers, hats, etc. I can see these as a money maker, obviously dependent on cost of set up. I did some research, just on ebay, and was amazed at how popular the patches are alone!

I think the reason patches are so popular is because they are the most versatile, it doesn't matter what your gear is as long as there's room for some velcro or to sew on a patch. I personally like the velcro approach because it's easy to swap things around that way. But creating branded gear is also way cool, and are popular as well.

Now I noticed a lot of ZERT's patches are the molded vinyl kind, for your ZERO logo do you want to go with vinyl or old-school embroidered? I'm not sure what the cost difference is, but I heard both can be pretty cheap if bought in largish quantities.

It would be cool to see the price difference on both. Maybe at some point we could offer both? I can definitely see modifying the patch slightly to sell more, like a subdued style, divisions (much later, I'm sure, lol), etc. What do you think about different sizes, for different applications?

That would be awesome! And yeah both would be cool, since they both have a distinctive look. We could also do different sizes as well for sure. I also like the idea of doing different colors, like subdued OD Green, or Black or something for instance would be cool.
